Greetings in the LORD, our Redeemer, our King, our Glory!

A call to realign with our King. That’s the current Judaic month of Elul, a time of soul introspection. For believers in Jesus our Messiah, it’s not just 28 days out of the year but an ongoing call to continually be transformed in the renewing of our minds, souls, and hearts so we may discern the will of God, knowing what is good and acceptable and perfect.

Why ongoing? Because we are not our own. We’ve been bought with a price. A Holy, Unblemished Price: the blood of our Savior Jesus/Yeshua.

PRAISE REPORTS!

► PATRICIA: Her August 18 throat surgery went well. Docs believe all cancer was removed! Continued prayers for God’s covering over her going forward.

► ANDREA: Had major issues on the new, stronger cancer drug, but God intervened and she’s now on a greatly reduced dose and tolerating it well. May our King’s presence and healing continue to be on her.

► KATHY: She’s been recovering from her weeks of pain, ER visits, and all the rest—and now getting stronger and regaining her life, thanks to our Lord’s love flowing over her. Please pray for her full restoration.

► I. BARBARA: Underwent new surgery treatment on August 26, which went well! Continual prayer for God’s healing garments and mercy on her. . . and that He continues to draw her to Himself and to the cross of our Messiah so her soul is saved.

► DOGGIES: For those who received the special prayer request for doggies Bella & Stitch, both sweet peas now have new homes by God’s grace and faithful hand! He loves ALL His creation. May these homes be each dog’s “forever family” down here so they aren’t moved any more.

FIRST . . . PRAISE REPORTS!

► US Air Force Staff Sergeant Joshua just returned safely to the States after his 8-month deployment in Saudi Arabia, where at times Iranian missiles and sirens sounding to run to safety became a way of life. He knew he was covered in prayer and recently messaged this: “Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers along the way. I’m so overjoyed to be back . . . I get to finally continue my life before I went overseas. It wouldn’t have been possible without you. Thank you!”

► Toni has been in hospital and post-care since September 2025—at times seemingly nearing eternity’s door. Subsequently, she’s been unable to walk or even sit up in bed on her own. This past week she stood for three minutes using a walker. That is a huge improvement! She’s grateful for all your prayers.
 

► Neil has been battling stage 4 cancer and undergoing challenging treatment. The kindness of the LORD prevailed! He strengthened Neil so he could travel to California and join the big-bash celebration for his granddaughter’s 18th birthday. Oh, the glory of it all. Thank you, Adonai, and thank you, prayer family, for interceding for Neil.

► Single moms who needed shelter/jobs. God moved! They are all taken care of in His way—one landed a great job in her teaching profession!—and they all are appreciative of the prayer support!

We pray that because of Romans 1:16. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Gentile.”

May our governmental leaders and citizens humble themselves before our LORD GOD. May any anti-Semitism be exposed and rooted out. And may their power-lust, bitterness, envy, jealousy, anger be replaced with unity and the love of God and righteous decisions for the good of the nation and its people—and may they support and bless Israel.

After the past few years of praying for Jewish actor Elijah Alexander (plays Atticus in The Chosen) to receive Jesus as his Savior—Elijah reportedly has! Glory to our God!

Acts 26:17b. This Acts verse is our continual prayer for deliverance: God’s commission to Paul . . . “Open their eyes that they may turn from darkness to light and from the power of satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.”

We pray that because of Romans 1:16. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Gentile.”

May we STAND shoulder-to-shoulder in unity with the Word, holding fast to God’s promises and His holy, faithful character. Psalm 121:7-8—The LORD shall preserve you from all evil. Some are beaten, ostracized, raped (men, women, children), imprisoned, unable to make a living or fellowship with other believers, enduring hostility, violence, surveillance, and driven from their homes and villages.

May our governmental leaders and citizens humble themselves before our LORD GOD. May their power-lust, bitterness, envy, jealousy, anger be replaced with unity and the love of God and righteous decisions for the good of the nation and its people—and may they support and bless Israel.

News brief: Glory to God! Pat is halfway through his many weeks of radiation/chemo treatment for his newly diagnosed bladder cancer. So far—no negative side effects!

Prayer prompt: Thank you, gracious King. Your abundant love and tenderness stir our souls. May your presence continue to shelter and heal Pat along this treatment trail and deepen his faith in you, drawing him closer to your comforting arms. In Jesus’s powerful name.

UPDATE #2. CAYSON

Romans 15:13

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

News brief: Cayson’s parents decided on the surgery. Scheduled for July 18. That’s when this precious eight-year-old will have the mesothelial cyst on his diaphragm removed.

Prayer prompt: King of kings, you are mighty on your throne. Your holiness fills the heavens and rains on us. Thank you for loving Cayson and for guiding his parents to a decision. May your will be done and your perfection, your meticulous hand, be evident in this medical procedure and in Cayson’s recuperation. May you call forth every medical professional you’ve appointed to be in that operating room, alert, focused, dedicated, able to hear your voice and willing to follow your lead. May your holy, healing presence be evident, and a constant, gentle, trustworthy companion for Cayson and his family as always. In Yeshua’s precious name.

News brief: Evelyn recently had her CT scan in preparation for her July 17 heart ablation, a surgical procedure to treat heart rhythm by restoring a normal heart beat.

Prayer prompt: Step closer, Lord. Your servant Evelyn needs you. Lead her into your tent of rest, holiness, shalom, and the beauty of your presence where healing and restoration are manifested. May your perfect presence permeate every nanosecond of this medical procedure–and may it be done in excellence before you. Please send angels to guard and minister to Evelyn, now and throughout her full recovery process. May your name be on her lips, filled with thanksgiving and wonderment of your goodness. Prayer prompt: Lord, we fall before you, awe-stricken and grateful. Your mercies are humbling. Our souls cry out, praising your kindness. This isn’t the end of the battle—but you are the Great Deliverer, the only One who can shield Matthew, heal him, and bring true believers in his life so he has a community of Christian love to grow in. Request: Greg—a military Vet and paraplegic—is battling a different kind of war. He has an inoperable tumor on his spine that confines him to bed. The toll is great on him, his wife, and his family. Their hope is that Greg will finally get help from a VA care program. Spiritually, he and his wife deeply need God’s intervention to remove spiritual blinders and enslaving yokes so their souls can know and receive Jesus as their Savior.

Prayer prompt: Blessed King, please demolish strongholds of delay, barriers, discouragement, illness, and spiritual blindness, stubbornness, doubt. Adonai, you alone are Haggo’el (the Redeemer), Ha Kadosh (the Holy One). We stand on Deuteronomy 32:3-4: We proclaim your Name and declare your greatness. You alone are the Rock, your work is perfect, for all your ways are justice. You, GOD, are Lord of faithfulness who does no wrong, You are justice and righteous. May your just ways rise over Greg’s situation with the VA—and your mighty words of mercy slice through every obstacle, every bit of red tape, every loophole to bring him relief. Prayer prompt: The Heart of God. Beloved Father, you see the loneliness, the emptiness, and the sting of rejection that may flow at times through Deb’s heart. Please look with pity on these four and step into their lives, encircling them with your truth and soul-transforming presence. Where there is hardness, raise up surrender. Where there is arrogance, call forth humility. Where there is spiritual blindness, drop the scales from their eyes so they can see and believe. In Yeshua’s redeeming name.

Prayer prompt: God, the life-giver. Abba, you know how the enemy likes to distract us, to get our eyes off you and on other things, people, situations. Request: Serene seeks God’s clarity and flow for the last two chapters of her book, a testimony of God’s mighty deliverance and salvation in her early life.

Prayer prompt: Lord, you are our inheritance. Father, you know Serene’s testimony. Please give her a platform to share it with many so they can find their way to you, to your love at the cross. Guide Serene through these final chapters and the next part of the publication process so you alone get the glory. Thank you for your loving character that can move into this couple’s life, making all things new. May they be bowled over by your hand of mercy and transforming power. Clearly, many of us are being pressed in on many sides. The enemy is on a rampage. So I wanted to offer this prayer (below) on your behalf, using God’s words and promises to bless and encourage you.

About a week ago, He gently dropped this concept in my soul . . . it’s a fusion of words from 2 Corinthians 4 and things prompted in my spirit, all are anchored by the three-line Hebraic Aaronic Blessing—but fleshing out the Hebrew for deeper understanding.

The Aaronic Blessing (Birkhat Kohanim) is from Numbers 6, the words God commanded Moses to give his brother Aaron and the Cohen (priests) to bless Israel. Believers in Yeshua (Jesus our Messiah) are grafted into the eternal family of God. While there are specific promises to Israel, God’s covering and promises through Messiah are yours.

For you, precious prayer warriors . . .

When you’re hard-pressed, pushed down, and your body and mind are suffering . . .

יְבָֽרֶכְךָ֥ יְהוָֹ֖ה וְיִשְׁמְרֶֽךָ

May Adonai bend down (bless “barak”) and spiritually and physically guard/watch over (shamar) you, ardently, fervently like a faithful shepherd over you, a beloved sheep in His chosen flock.

And when darkness is pushing in and discouragement begins to overwhelm you and your faith is being shaken at every turn …

יָאֵ֨ר יְהוָֹ֧ה פָּנָ֛יו אֵלֶ֖יךָ וִֽיחֻנֶּֽךָּ

May Adonai’s face—his glorious being, his glorious presence (panav)—radiate/shine/beam (yair) on you with grace (chen), a needed gift born from His mercy and pardon that releases His favor and blessings on you.

And when your life seems off-course like a battle-weary ship drifting on turbulent waters with no safe harbor in sight . . .

May Adonai raise (yisah)—His face/countenance, his glorious presence (panav) toward you. He will not hide His face from you . . . so you can behold His glorious inner being (panav), His character, reflected in His countenance (panav) . . . in a genuine, loving eye-to-eye, soul-to-soul connection.

And may He release, give, firmly establish within you (yasem) His shalom, His wholeness, that fullness of being you need for every part of your life . . . so that you may know what it means to walk in, walk with, and walk beside your God, your Deliverer, your King of Glory, and STAND.

UPDATE #1. ANNORA

Psalm 32:7

You are my hiding place; You keep me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance.

Request: Many of you graciously prayed for Annora in early May when she was getting treatment for a nervous breakdown. She is home and needing us to stand in the gap before our King.

Prayer: God’s presence to overshadow and guard her. Gracious Father, King of life, we continue to pray that your holiness and deep love for Annora will release the power of the cross within her mind, body, soul. May your presence rush to her in times of need, in moments of doubt or worry. Please call forth restoration and wholeness on all levels that she may rise up, joyful, stable, and praising you. In Yeshua’s glorified name.

UPDATE #2. CAYSON

Psalm 91:15b-16

I will rescue him and honor him. I will satisfy him with a long life and show him My salvation.

Request: We’ve prayed for eight-year-old Cayson back in late March (for an IV insertion and CT scan) and in early May (for a pediatric surgeon consult). Thankfully, he’s doing well but needs prayer because his parents (based on the surgeon’s recommendation) are leaning toward him having surgery—possibly in July—to remove the mesothelial cyst that was discovered on his diaphragm, behind his liver. If not removed, the cyst will continue to grow.

Prayer: God’s covering, complete healing, excellence over the medical team. Gracious Father, thank you for your hand sheltering Cayson, for your watchful eye over this medical situation, for your perfect plan, for your love through every step of this decision, procedure, recuperation, total healing. May your comfort from Heaven envelope Cayson and his family. May your presence be a constant companion, gentle, trustworthy, mighty. In Yeshua’s healing name.

UPDATE #3. EVELYN

Psalm 107:29

He caused the storm to be still, so that the waves of the sea were hushed.

Request: Thank you for praying for Ev’s cardio appointment to determine if a pacemaker or other treatment was needed. For now, the cardiologist has scheduled a CT scan of the back of her heart before doing a heart ablation procedure. Please stand in the gap for her as this process unfolds.

Prayer: God’s protection, holy presence, mercy. Who is like you, Lord? Strong and glorious, faithful and true, the giver and sustainer of life. Please lower your holy garments to cover Ev through each phase of the diagnostics and possible heart ablation procedure. Guard her on all sides, letting her experience your lovingkindness and tender care for her. Fill her soul with great rejoicing for all that you are and are doing for her. In Yeshua’s name above all names.

Because he has loved Me, I will save him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name.

Request: Toni is home, her blood sugar levels are better, nowhere near as escalated as before. She seeks God’s presence, ongoing healing, strength, and guidance.

Prayer: God’s gentle voice leading the way and His healing touch comforting her. Abba, you know the road isn’t easy down here, but knowing you changes everything. Speak to your daughter Toni who loves you. Breathe encouragement through her, release words of wisdom and strength that will carry her forward in all you’ve called her to do. May your purposes and calling on her life be realized. In Yeshua’s holy name.

One who dwells in the shelter of the Most High Will lodge in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust!”

Request: Pat has begun his chemo-and-radiation treatment cycle for his newly diagnosed bladder cancer. Pat needs God’s mighty protection, enduring strength, and sweet encouragement.

Prayer: God’s tangible presence like never before. Mighty King, please release glory-healing from your throne so it flows like a cascading waterfall over Pat’s body and soul. Ease his fears, lift up his face to behold your countenance, your caring eyes, your wondrous power of love that overcomes the darkness. Breathe your shalom throughout his soul. In Jesus’s redemptive Name.

Request: Please keep the prayer support going for Tony who has gallbladder cancer but continues to stay the course, thanks to our King.

Prayer: God’s embrace and ongoing healing. El Shaddai, thank you for walking with Tony through this trial. We continue to seek your face and divine intervention for every concern—health, fears, worries, life changes—with this cancer. Please cover Tony every moment with your protection, your strength, your endless love . . . and draw him and his family even further into your holy tent where there is sweet rest, ongoing healing, and overflowing joy in You. Request: One of our fellow prayer warriors—whether she’s delivering food orders or relaxing at a nail salon or living everyday life—has the privilege of leading people to the Lord wherever she goes. This month it was Angel and Myra.

Prayer: God’s hand on these new believers, drawing them into biblically sound teaching. Oh, Lord, the joyous party that arose in Heaven over these two women who said “Yes!” to your love-call. Thank you for your eternal caring, your work on the cross and powerful resurrection that sets us free in You. Carry these little lambs deeper into your Word, bathing them in its life-giving waters and its transformational work in the soul. Abba, please protect them on all sides and usher them into solid Bible-teaching churches/communities where they can grow in you, serve, and bless others with the Gospel. In Yeshua’s blessed name.

May the kindness of the Lord our God be upon us and confirm for us the work of our hands. Yes, confirm the work of our hands.

Request: Deeply committed to her King, Andronica has received a word from the Lord to share with the Body of believers in a short book—a call from His heart. She’s asking for prayer support as she walks in obedience to complete the project work, seeking His continued direction and favor.

Prayer: God’s voice resonating within her and on the written page. Lord, how we love your unwavering promises, like Jeremiah 33:3, where you’ll show us great and mighty things if we’ll but call on you. May your Holy Spirit spread its wings and be the wind beneath this book project, fueling the direction, fueling the word flow, fueling your love through it, from the first to the last page. Request: The SHINSHINIM are highly qualified Israeli high school graduates (male/female) selected for a special program to defer their mandatory IDF service for one year by spending that year in another nation as an Ambassador for Israel, educating and facilitating in Jewish communities about Israeli/Jewish culture. Some ShinShinim in the US are winding down their commitment and will soon be returning to Israel to fight on their nation’s many battle fronts. They need prayer support and God’s covering.

Prayer: God’s mighty wings of protection. Adonai, your hand on Israel is now and forever. Please send your battle-ready angels to patrol the heavenlies, warring on Israel’s behalf as she wars on the ground in this dimension. Be in the dugouts, in the air, in the tanks, beside the technical and munition teams, in the war rooms and strategy meetings, and everywhere your Israeli military must battle against the dark forces and violent people wishing to annihilate your people. Cover these young warriors with your Name, lead them, give them heightened hearing and supernatural insights as your presence surrounds them, encourages them, strengthens them. Request: She’s seeking, asking questions to learn more about the Bible and God but also getting misinformation from religious cults and others not solid in rightly dividing the Word. The enemy is attempting to derail and spiritually blind her. She needs God’s redemptive leading.

Prayer: God’s truth to prevail and bring her to His mighty redemption in Yeshua. Oh, Glorious Savior, silence the enemy and his minions. Protect Lisa from the lies and lead her to your throne of truth, grace, mercy, salvation. Please give her eyes to see you, ears to hear you, and a heart and mouth to praise and follow you in truth. Remember, Lord, Your compassion and Your faithfulness, for they have been from of old.

Request: One of our prayer warriors has begun a ministry work online where she met a pastor in Kenya who works with children. The little ones need food and all those under his ministry care need to grow in the Word. Your prayer support is greatly welcomed.

Prayer: God’s provisions in all areas released. Adonai, your heart is for the downtrodden, for those upholding righteousness and your salvation message. Please move on your people and those whose hearts are willing to step in and help. Open doors from unexpected places as only you can, releasing the food, clothing, shelter, medical needs, and biblical teaching for these children and this pastor’s ministry work. Request: Five different people, different ages, unique before our King. Yet, like many believers, each one is facing shifts and life decisions needing God’s mighty hand—in work/career, spiritual growth, healing on many levels, ministry guidance, stability, strengthening.

Prayer: May God arise. Lord, you are majestic in all your ways. May your love, wisdom, and light that drives out darkness and confusion step into these believers’ lives and deepen their faith in you and mature their soul. Speak to the core of their being in undeniable ways, assuring and reassuring them as you guide them further into your goodness: James (work decisions), Jessica (possible Air Force career), Shannon (continued healing and growth), M. (guidance and stability in work, finances, health), and L.Q. (new ministry and work paths, provisions, God’s leading).

Request: Heather needs God’s realignment to help her soul genuinely walk in His ways, purposes, truth.

Prayer: Surrendering to Him. Abba, help Heather sort through the pain and confusion in her life—things others caused and those she was responsible for. Please send your touch, your deep, transforming spiritual change to her soul that she might know what it is to walk with you in truth. In Jesus’s sacred name.

#9. ANDREA’S MINDY DOGGIE

Lamentations 3:22

The Lord’s acts of mercy indeed do not end, for His compassions do not fail.

Request: A real cutie pie, Mindy is a senior Australian Shepherd with a growth on her foot. It’s being tested for cancer but results won’t be in for a while. Her human mom (Andrea) is battling stage 4 breast cancer and is a fellow prayer warrior. As you might imagine, Mindy and Andrea’s two other Aussies (Toby, the eldest & Gio, the youngest) give her much-needed comfort, so she is seeking prayer support for God’s mercy and healing touch on Mindy and the whole doggie gang.

Prayer: God’s grace and compassion. Thank you, gracious Father, for all you’ve done in Andrea’s life. You know the current struggles, the heartaches, and now the worries over Mindy and the doggie family. Lord, we know these dogs are yours, your creation that you love. Please gather them in your arms of life and breathe healing and shalom over and through them. And may your shalom embrace Andrea and bless her with your calming, restful presence.

We prayed for Henry (a February 2024 list). He’s been in dire straits—doing drugs, his pregnant girlfriend possibly returning to jail. But . . . he’s doing better (just got a job!) and sent his sister ultrasound pictures of the baby. Please keep them in your prayers: salvation, stable finances, God’s mercy, protection for the baby.

S.O.S. This amazing woman with years following the Lord and writing books to encourage others in Jesus is in a crisis of faith—depression rising. She needs believers to call out to our King, praying that He’ll stop the enemy’s grip on her and that the Holy Spirit will cover her with all Truth to revive, strengthen, and restore her.

For years J’s hubby said he’d never believe in Jesus but now started attending a couple’s Bible study with his wife. GLORY! He’s loving it and building relationships. Please lift him up that our Lord’s love and truth will rise up in his soul so he can have the joy and privilege of knowing his Jewish Messiah. Lord, please remove the veil from his heart, soul, eyes!

Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.

This sweet man needs God’s continued healing after having stents put in (successfully) but now is dealing with unrelated back pain. May God’s grace flow from His throne, releasing healing spiritually and physically. Let Your Name, Lord Jesus, arise to bring comfort and joy in you for your glory and this dear person’s good.

Matthew: It’s been a rough journey for my 40-year-old bipolar nephew. Lord, please reach down and bring Matthew healing on every level, calm, protection, and full restoration and deliverance of mind, body, soul. Ignite in him a lasting passion for you, reminding him of when he received you as his Savior when he was eight. Surround him, Abba, with your Word, Truth, Life, Way, to the glory of our Messiah.

LORD, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.

Joshua—early 20s—is a young believer and serving in the Air Force. May the Lord fill him to overflowing in solid Biblical truth vs the worldview encroaching on our young adults and culture. And may he grow in the wisdom and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ . . . serving our nation in good health (mind, body, soul) under the holy protection of God’s hands.
